Requirements, uploads, review, and expiration
Set workspace document requirements, attach uploaded files to subcontractor records, then keep their dates and review outcomes together in the signed-in workspace.

Upload insurance certificates, lien waivers, and other compliance files to each subcontractor record. Add document dates and, when relevant, coverage or expiration dates.
Keep each file’s status with its record: pending review, approved, needs correction, or expired. Add notes to document a review decision or correction.
Add an expiration date when it applies to a document. Saved dates appear in the workspace expiration calendar alongside the subcontractor and document, while review outcomes stay with the private record.
